Tennis Lessons and Programs
The Garden City Department of Recretion and Parks offer a variety of tennis lessons and programs for both adults and youth. Please click here for more details on our program.
The Garden City Community Indoor Tennis Center is open year round. Our beautiful facility consists of four Har-Tru Tennis courts located behind the swimming pool complex at Community Park. Village residents can purchase seasonal court time by calling the Recreation Administrative Office at (516) 465-4075. For the latest in open court time availability, please call the CommunityPark Office at (516) 483-2525.
If you are interested in joining one of our popular weekday tennis leagues, please contact Tom McGerty at the Community Park Clubhouse, (516) 483-2525. League play occurs during the months of September to May during the hours of 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Be sure to stop at the new Community Park Clubhouse next to the Tennis Courts to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy the company of fellow residents. The building is equipped with changing rooms, rest rooms, showers, a 52 inch cable Plasma TV, vending machines and a babysitting room.

Monday through Thursday
7am to 9am - $20.00 per hour
9am to 6pm - $28.00 per hour
6pm to 11pm - $40.00 per hour
Friday
7am to 9am - $20.00 per hour
9am to 11pm - $28.00 per hour
Saturday and Sunday
7am to 1pm - $40.00 per hour
1pm to 11pm - $28.00 per hour
Tennis Balls - $3.25 per can
