Pinocchio Coming to Garden City
Join Us as GC Recreation and Parks presents "Pinocchio", a performance by Plaza Theatrical Productions, on Sunday, January 28 at 1 pm in St. Paul's Cluett Hall. Admission is $5.00.
Admission is paid at the door but reservations are necessary by calling the Recreation and Parks Office at 465-4075.

WINTER GYM PROGRAM
We are pleased to announce that this winter, the Recreation Staff will conduct a gym program for children that live in the Village. The program will take place at the St. Paul's Fieldhouse and begin in January. Click on the following links for your child's age group

NEW YOUTH ART CLASS
Take a journey to the farthest reaches of the imagination while learning about the Arctic, the rain forest, Mars and a futuristic city! use the design thinking process to solve real world problems in these different environments. Experiment with Crayola products and many art techniques like sculpting, storyboard, collage, and mixed media. Fees include all materials and take homes. Think it! Draw it! Make it! Mah Jongg Lessons
We are pleased to offer beginner Mah Jongg lessons to our seniors. This eight week course (extended from 6 weeks) will cover the basics of the game and the rules so you can enjoy playing. Click here for an application.
Middle School Open Gym
Beginning January 9, St. Paul’s Field House will be open for grade 7 – 12 for supervised open play. The gym will be available for use by this grade group from 3:30 to 5:45 p.m. each Tuesday and Thursday until Thursday, March 8.
This time is designated for 7 – 12 grades only. No organized practices or workouts will be allowed. The gym will be monitored by Recreation staff. For the safety of our users, no lacrosse or baseball equipment, or any other sport involving stick equipment will be allowed.
Adult and Youth Yoga Classes Announced

St. Paul's Field House Fee Schedule for Adult Evening Programs

Community Park Tennis Facility Open Play Time for Non-Residents

Recreation and Parks Department News
The Department of Recreation and Parks will no longer accept cash payments for program registrations, rentals, balls, and contracts at our Administrative Office or for Platform Tennis and Tennis at Community Park. Checks and credit cards (no AmEx) will continue to be accepted.

Garden City Department of Recreation and Parks
We will be holding open basketball time in the Middle School gym on Saturdays from 8:30am to 11:30am beginning Saturday, December 2. This program is open to residents ages 30 and older. Games are strictly pick up and will run until February 17th.
